Addressing Space Concerns with a Bold Expansion
The primary goal of this home addition project was to address the client’s concerns about their cramped kitchen by extending the house by 100 sq. ft. The existing space was too small and lacked the functionality the clients desired. To tackle this, we implemented a bold plan that included placing a massive beam to support the expanded area.
We installed custom inset cabinets and new engineered hardwood flooring throughout the extended space. A custom appliance package was added to enhance the kitchen’s functionality and style. This comprehensive approach not only resolved the space issues but also provided a modern and spacious environment that met the clients’ needs.
