Kickoff the Design Phase
Once you sign the design agreement, our design team will meet with you to discuss your priorities, goals, and design style for your home remodel project.
In-Depth Design Consultation
We will discuss your personal design style and create renders, select finishes, and visit partner showrooms for materials and fixtures to ensure the perfect match.
Design Development
During the design process, we’ll work closely with you to ensure your vision is brought to life. Our team will maintain open communication, providing regular updates and seeking your input at every stage. You can expect:
Design Finalization & Budget
After all design choices are made, we ensure everything is within budget, order materials, and schedule the construction phase, including the permit process.

Pre-Construction Meeting
We’ll start with a Pre-Construction Meeting to outline logistics and expectations. Our design team will hand over all details to the construction crew, and a dedicated project manager will be your main point of contact.
Portal Access for Updates
You can check our client portal for instant updates on your project, as well as access to invoices, progress photos, and daily reports. This way, you’ll be fully informed during every step of the process.
Construction Phase Coordination
During the construction phase, let us take the stress out of your project from start to finish. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience with seamless collaboration between design and construction teams.
Final Walkthrough
When we’re done, we’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’ll provide documentation of installed products, vendor warranties, product packets, and our 5-year warranty. We want to deliver a project you’ll be proud of!
